Come enjoy a flight of Andis Original Grandpère Zinfandels paired with Dark Berry Braised Pork on Corn Cake, Country Pate Bites and Wild Mushroom Crostini all while enjoying vineyard views in our new event center!

The Original Granpère Vineyard, also known as Vineyard 1869, is the oldest documented Zinfandel vineyard in America. In 2020, we celebrate over150 years of Zinfandel from this acclaimed vineyard.

 Still producing today, only four wineries are privileged enough to receive fruit from this vineyard. Three of them are here in Amador County - Andis Wines, Scott Harvey Wines, and Vino Noceto.

Vineyard Tours – 10 am Saturday Jan. 18th & Sunday Jan. 19th you’ll have the chance to walk amongst the ancient vines themselves – Saturday with winemaker Rusty Folena of Vino Noceto and Sunday, with past proprietor & winemaker, Scott Harvey.  Reservations are required, as space is limited to 24 people.

Unique Tastings – 11am - 4pm Saturday-Sunday, January 18-19th, each winery will be offering current and library vintage tastings of their OGP/Vineyard 1869 Zinfandel, paired with small bites. The passport ticket will grant you access to all three locations.

Vino Noceto - Lasagna, Salad, French Bread, Infused Olive Oils

CLUB ANDIS PICKUP PARTY

The first release of the New Year is here, which means it's time for the Club Andis Pick Up Party!

Join us for long-awaited new wine releases, "new country" live music by James Harkins, and delicious gourmet food from the Flavor Face food truck. Small bites will be available to try with the wines. Various entrees can be purchased from the Flavor Face truck for $10-$14. See their MENU.
Please bring your black Andis bottle bags to recycle.
 

FEBRUARY 2019 NEW WINE RELEASES:

2018 Sauvignon Blanc - Lively and vibrant with bright acidity. Aromas of lemon zest, crisp flavors of grapefruit, and a hint of green apple. Serve chilled alongside seafood, light pasta dishes and chicken.

2015 Primitivo - It's back! Zinfandel's older cousin bursts with raspberry, cherry, and a dusting of chocolate. Enjoy with chili, lasagna, and Italian meatballs.

2016 Cabernet Franc- Very true to varietal and only 200 cases produced. Characteristics of plum, dried herbs and smoky black pepper. Pair with red meats and pizza.

 

 

 

SIP & COLLAGE ART CLASSES WITH ANJE

You've probably seen the incredible collage-like art pieces hanging in the hallway of our tasting room (and if you haven't, you need to!).
Anje Olmstead, a multi-faceted and talented artist, will be hosting various art classes at Andis Wines this year.
Only 20 spots are available in each class, and the price includes all materials and a glass of wine.

Every guest will also receive a fresh grapevine cutting from our Estate Barbera and Zinfandel vines, the varietals we use to produce our fabulous Rosè. Start your own home vineyard or grow the vines for beautiful decor in the yard.
