2016 Estate Zinfandel, Friedlander Block
The Friedlander Block of our Estate consists of dry farmed head-trained vines planted in 1978 and situated in the rolling hills of the California Shenandoah Valley AVA in Amador County. This block produces a wine that beautifully balances intensity and complexity, with structured tannins and brightness.
2017 Painted Fields Old Vine Zinfandel
This Old Vine Zinfandel is sourced from the diverse vineyards of the Sierra Foothills AVA region, to compose a red wine very similar to what was likely being produced here in the late 1800’s.
This red wine is a true full body Zinfandel with firm tannins, round palate, and a lingering fnish.
