End of Summer Winemaker’s Dinner at Andis Wines
Toast summer goodbye and help us welcome the beginning of the new harvest with a four course dinner in our cool Barrel Room.
Indulge in a four course menu elegantly crafted and paired with limited production Andis wines. As a sneak preview, you’ll be the first to sip our specialty release Sauvignon Blanc Reserve and our highly anticipated 2016 Estate Barbera.
With wine in hand, you'll be guided through the behind the scenes wine making process with Enologist, Eric Hildreth. Andis Wines Ambassador Lorenzo Muslia will be sharing his knowledge of the Sierra Foothill Appellation as well as European wines as he guides you through the food and wine pairings prepared by Chef Shannon Corbell.
