Sparkling Wine - The perfect mimosa maker! Our Sparkling wine is an off-dry Champagne-style wine made from Chardonnay with subtle fruity notes and delicious flavor.

2019 Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw color. We find this wine to be aromatic on the nose with notes of lemon zest, lime, green apple, and white flowers. The 2019 vintage has a medium body with a refreshing acidity that keeps this wine vibrant and fruit-forward reminiscent of a classic dry Sauvignon Blanc grown in California. The wine has a lingering finish with citrus fruit. Perfect for creamy cheese like brie. We highly recommended to enjoy it from now until 2022.

2019 Rosé has a beautiful pale pink color similar to the French rosé wine that comes from Provence. Bright acidity, aromas of white peach, raspberry, fuji apple, and white rose. The wine is dry and light-bodied with a nice fruity finish. We recommend this wine with green salads topped with black and red berries with a dash of apple vinegar.

2017 Barbera d'Amador is inspired by the traditional red wines of Piedmont, Italy. The color is ruby red with a purple rim. The nose is intense and shows aromas of blue and blackberry, plum, white pepper, and dried violets. Barbera historically is known as an easy-drinking varietal due to the medium body, soft tannins, and food-friendliness. This wine finishes longer than expected due to the high quality of the fruit. We suggest pairing this Award-Winning wine with grilled Portobello Mushrooms seasoned with the provencal spices.

2017 Painted Fields red blend is the staff's favorite since the conception of the wine back in 2010. The wine is a romantic union between the historical grapes like Barbera and Primitivo, grown here since the 1800s, and the new additions brought after the prohibitions, like Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
The wine is rich and robust but always balanced. We focus on selecting the best barrels from each varietal and studying the best combination that enhances each of them to deliver an outstanding blend. From the wine, expect high concentrations of dark fruits, cooked red cherries, and strawberries. The 2017 wine finishes with black pepper and plum. Drink now through 2025 with a duck breast, mash potatoes, and squash.

2018 Cabernet Franc is the reason why Lorenzo Muslia joined Andis back in 2014. The moment he tried this wine reminded him of a high-quality old-world wine—a rich and pronounced nose with baked blackberry and cherries. Garden grown green bell pepper, anise, and coffee bean. This wine is an elevated example of a varietal with high but smooth tannins. Its long finish reminds us of blackberries, espresso, and dark chocolate. Because of the elegance the wine shows, we recommended pairing it with an Ahi Tuna Steak drizzled with local honey.
