Amador Classico is a blend of two of the most important grapes grown in the Sierra Foothills, Barbera and Zinfandel. The wine is a rich ode to the old-school Italian blends that once defined California. The wine offers nicely concentrated black fruit flavors and oak accents of cedar, vanilla, and cinnamon. The mouthfeel is bold and generous, with broad structure and silky tannins.
