Amador Classico is a blend of two of the most important grapes grown in the Sierra Foothills, Barbera and Zinfandel. The wine is a rich ode to the old-school Italian blends that once defined California. The wine offers nicely concentrated black fruit flavors and oak accents of cedar, vanilla, and cinnamon. The mouthfeel is bold and generous, with a broad structure and silky tannins.
